Also, we've recently scheduled workouts outside at Mountainside HS for current high school female athletes. These workouts are a great way for us to get together and workout.
Mountainside WBB Winter Workout Schedule: Tuesday's and Thursday's from 3:00-4:15pm, January 5th through February 18th You have to be cleared through the InTouch Registration website.
